Our Homemade Marinara sauce is just that, homemade.  Following our family’s authentic recipe that originated in Southern Italy in the 1800’s, we start with a few handfuls of chopped onion, some fresh garlic, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.  We make sure these onions are well caramelized before we add the main ingredient, imported San Marzano tomatoes, the highest quality Italy has to offer.
