Fleur du Maquis also know as Brin D'Amor is a semi soft cheep's milk cheese from Corsica.   Its ivory-colored paste is adorned with a vibrant bouquet of dried herbs and edible flowers.  Imagine the piquant tang of rosemary, the earthy warmth of thyme, and the peppery kick of wild herbs, all mingling harmoniously to create a symphony of flavors.
